In the Parish of Stenton there are three Enumeration Districts of which District 1 is entirely outside the village, District 2 is half the village and Northwards and District 3 is half the village and Southwards.

'So much of the parish of Stenton as lies between the village of Stenton and Millknowe, including altogether Rucklaw West Mains, Wood and Deuchair, Friardykes, Milknowe and Gruiet Shiels & Gadlie & Blacklaws.'
